Terms and Conditions

1. Parties Involved: This Agreement is made on [Date] by and between:

Chrome Horse Company, LLC hereinafter referred to as "Trainer"

[Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as "Client"

2. Services Provided: The Trainer agrees to provide the following services:

Horse training sessions:

Evaluation of horse's progress:

· Weekly communication

Training techniques and methods to be used:

3. Duration of Agreement: This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and continue until [End Date] or until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms outlined below.

4. Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay the Trainer the sum of $1200 per month. If not paid in full prior to or the day of the horse delivered to trainer, half is due prior to or the day of delivery and the remainder due prior to the beginning the third week of training. 

5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with 5 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

6. Liability and Indemnity: The Trainer shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or damage to the horse arising from the training sessions. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Trainer from any claims arising out of or in connection with the training services.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the South Dakota Codified Laws Title 42, Chapter 11, and ethical standards treatment of horses.
